When he arrived he gave me a good consult on the carpet stretching I was looking for. He gave me a quote for both cleaning and stretching, both of which were completely reasonable. Alex stretched 2 bedroom rugs and then cleaned them. The rugs look brand new. He did a wonderful job of stretching, cutting and reattaching my wall to wall rugs. Very labor intensive job. He arrived on time, worked very hard, did a great job and charged a fair price. FIVE STARS>
